TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility
1.1 The promotion is open to legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
1.2 Employees, representatives, and agents of Stamina Energy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period
2.1 The promotion will run from 17th January to 28th February. Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

How to Enter
3.1 To participate, purchase four (4) bottles of Stamina Energy during the promotion period.
3.2 Scan the QR code available in participating stores nationwide or on the official Stamina Energy website www.bluewaterstt.com to access the entry form.
3.3 Complete the entry form with your name, contact information, and proof of purchase details (e.g., receipt number or upload of receipt).
3.4 Each set of four (4) bottles purchased qualifies as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry includes proof of a separate qualifying purchase.

Winner Selection
4.1 Winners will be selected via a random draw conducted weekly during the promotion period.
4.2 The draw will take place every [Friday] at 10am and will be supervised by an internal panel.

Prizes
5.1 Each weekly winner will receive either fete tickets or a branded cooler bag-pack.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.

Notification of Winners
6.1 Winners will be notified via the contact details provided in their entry form within three days of the draw.
6.2 Winners must claim their prize within two to three days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

General Terms
7.1 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Management team at Blue Waters Products LTd., which are final and binding.
7.2 Blue Waters Products Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false or misleading information or violates these terms and conditions.
7.3 Blue Waters Products Ltd. is not responsible for any technical or human errors that may arise during the promotion, including issues with QR code functionality or website access.

Publicity
8.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Blue Waters Products Ltd./ Stamina Energy to use their name, image, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Liability
9.1 Blue Waters Products Ltd./Stamina Energy and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in the promotion or the acceptance and use of any prize.
